These Sections are responsible for designing, monitoring, implementing and managing network systems for collecting and transferring wastewater from residential, commercial and industrial areas to treatment plants.

- Monitoring Studies of Leakage, Retention, Supercritical Flows, Investigation of the causes of dangerous gas production and deposition of solid materials in the network.
