The duty of this Department is to help realization the Engineering and Consulting Projects of the Group. These duties allow the Executive Department to play a Key Role in the success of the Projects and the advancement of the Company’s goals.
- Reviewing and improving executive processes to increase the efficiency and quality of services provided.
- Monitoring the implementation of Projects and tracking the progress of Projects and ensuring compliance with standards and technical requirements
- Managing executive teams, Organizing and leading technical and executive teams to achieve Project goals.
- Communicating effectively with Project Stakeholders in order to understand their needs and expectations
- Providing progress reports to Management and Stakeholders, Including cost and schedule evaluation.
- Developing implementation plans, Including determining the schedule, Budget and required resources.
- Identifying and evaluating risks related to Projects and taking necessary measures to reduce them.
- Planning to upgrade technical and managerial skills of employees.
- Search for new methods and technologies in the fields of engineering and consulting.
- Managing the supply of resources and equipment necessary for the implementation of Projects.
