Tasks performed by International Affairs:
- Market Development and Identification of International Opportunities:
- Market Research and Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of target international markets to identify future projects in the water and wastewater sector (treatment plants, distribution and collection networks, dams, water resources management, non-conventional water resources, etc.).
- Competitor Analysis: Analyzing the activities, strengths and weaknesses of international competitors.
- Developing Market Entry Strategy: Developing strategies for entering new markets (preparing agreements with partner companies, including consultants and contractors capable of international work, for bidding on tenders; exploring opening branches; forming consortiums).
- Participating in Tenders: Identifying relevant international tenders, analyzing conditions, internal coordination for preparing technical and financial proposals, and submitting them.
- International Marketing and Branding:
- Communications and Public Relations: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with international contractors and reputable consultants.
- Advertising and Documentation: The company’s resume (CV) in English and Persian has been thoroughly revised professionally from the beginning.
- Website and Digital Media Management: The company website has been redesigned and updated in English and Persian based on structural changes within the company. An Arabic version of the website is also under development.
